Hibernian House is an existing four-story office building located on Haddington Road, Dublin. It is envisaged that the building will have a separate tenant on each floor.
The project involves total refurbishment of the building including the following:
Fabric upgrade
Replacement of the glazing
Shell & core fit of landlord area
Shell and core fit out of tenant areas
Full fit-out of tenant toilet & Entrance Areas
Replacement of the existing Mechanical and Electrical Central plant
