 This project involved the construction of a mixed-use development in the heart of Carlow Town. The building consists of office space (5,000sq.m), ground-floor retail units, apartments and a basement car park.
  
 The offices and retail units were fitted out to shell and core and then fitted out where a tenant/end user had been identified.
  
 The services design challenge was to complete a design that offers:
  
 Substantial flexibility on each floor to permit easy and quick fit-out of the space
 Sufficient and defined space in each service riser and roof plant space for each unit, coordinated services riser drawings were provided with each unit service route/space allocated.
